Very fine and very rare, large, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K pink gold wristwatch with off-center and large subsidiary white enamel dial with nuummite surround, 18k pink gold Jaquet Droz buckle. Three-body, solid, polished, transparent case back, rounded band and bezel, curved concave lugs, sapphire crystals. Nuummite (volcanic), off-center gold-framed matte silver dial for the hours and minutes with painted radial Roman numerals, below a large subsidiary dial for the seconds with painted seconds track and 10-seconds Arabic markers. Blued steel alpha hands. Cal. 2663.4, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 30 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions, shock absorber, selfcompensating fl at balance spring, twin barrels. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 43 mm. Thickness 12 mm. Notes Nuummite is the oldest known mineral in existence, having formed around 3 billion years ago from compressed volcanic material.
