Lecoultre, No. 34362. Made circa 1965. A rare and unusual 14K gold key-watch. Accompanied by a gold chain. To be sold without reserve In the shape of a door key (uncut), engraved. Silver, rectangular, applied Arabic and baton indexes. Yellow gold baton hands. Cal. 840, rhodium-plated, oval, 17 jewels, monometallic balance, self-compensating balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Length 62 mm. Notes In order to ensure complete functionality, the key itself was made with brass (14K gold is too weak and would break in the lock). It is extremely unusual to find a key watch whose brass key has remained in its original uncut condition
