Sold on December 22nd, 1967. Extremely fine and elegant, hunting cased, keyless dress watch. Accompanied by a Patek Philippe box, Certificate of Origin and original sales receipt from Beyer, Zurich. Three- body, demi-bassine, polished. Brushed silver with bold black radial Roman numerals. Black baton hands. Cal. 17-140, rhodium plated, fausses cotes decoration, stamped with the seal of Geneva quality mark, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, selfcompensating blued steel fl at balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed, dial also signed Beyer. Diam. 46 mm. Notes The present watch is in particularly fi ne condition and has evidently almost never been worn since new. Of chronometer standard, the movement bears the poinçon of Geneve. The watch retains the original Certifi cate of Origin and sales receipt from the highly regarded Beyer of Zurich.
