ETERNA STEEL CHRONO Eterna, "Chrono. " Made in the 1970's. Fine, tonneau-shaped, water-resistant, stainless steel wristwatch with round button chronograph. Accompanied by the original fitted box. Three body, polished and brushed, graduated bi-directional revolving brown bezel, lapidated sides, curved lugs, screw-down case back. Tricolor anthracite, black and silver with applied luminous steel baton indexes, subsidiary dials for the seconds, 12-hour, 30-minute registers. Luminous steel baton hands. Cal. 726, rhodium-plated, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring. Notes Dial, case and movement signed. DIAM. 40 mm. THICKNESS 15 mm. This Eterna has remained in close to new condition, with the case still exhibiting all its factory angles, crisp numbers on the outer caseback and amazingly the original crystal featuring the Eterna logo at the center.
