Paulus Rodzinski, Vratislavie, circa 1760. Fine, petite sonnerie striking, quarter repeating, silver pair-cased coach watch with alarm and date. Outer: double-body, chagrin covered, with sound holes and pin work in silver. Inner: double-body, pierced and engraved with foliage. White enamel, Roman numerals, outer Arabic minutes, gold "Louis XV" hands, aperture at 6 o’clock for days of the month. Hinged fire-gilded brass full plate with baluster hexagonal pillars, fusee with chain, verge escapement, plain brass three-arm balance, flat balance spring, fine continental gilded brass cock pierced and engraved in leaf decoration. Tripctivated repeating train, repeating, striking and alarm trains with gilded fixed barrels engraved with leaf decoration, striking on a bell.Signed on the back plate.Diam. inner case 110 mm.
