Kurt Versen for Nessen (American, founded 1927). A brushed aluminum "Flip-Flop" floor lamp circa 1940s, the round metal disc foot with off center cylindrical shaft surmounted by hinging rectangular arm at apex resting perpendicular to lamp body with large flattened dome shade at end, the hinging arm allowing the shade to create an uplight or downlight lamp. Unmarked. Uplight approximately 61.75" tall, 16.75" wide. Downlight approximately 56.5" tall, 22" wide.
