Henry Bollar Pancoast(American, b. 1876) - Oil on canvas summer wooded landscape with a mill reflected in the water, signed lower right "H.B. Pancoast", retains 2 paper labels verso each titled "The Dam, Media PA" for the 1925 20th annual PA Academy of Fine Arts Exhibition and the 1926 Sesqui-Centennial International Exhibition, 28 1/2" x 33 1/2". Accompaning this lot is the 1926 bronze "Medal Of Award" received at the Sesqui-Centennial. Provenance - Descended in the artist's family to the present owner.
