Juvet, Fleurier, No. 224891 and No. 224893, circa 1870. Fine and very rare silver true pair of center-seconds watches made for the Chinese market in original Morocco fitted box. Three-body, "Chinese", polished, spring-loaded back cover, spring-loaded silver glazed cuvette mounted to the movement ring. White enamel, Chinese numerals, outer minute divisions, inner 24-hour Roman scale. Notes It is rare to find a true pair of Chinese watches, most were separated when brought back from China. This pair is in particularly good, almost unused, condition.
