Gruen, 50th Anniversary, No. 167. Produced in 1924. Very fine and rare, pentagonal, keyless, 14K white gold and enamel, Art Deco watch with solid gold engraved movement. Three-piece, solid, patented pentagonal shape, bezels in champlevé black enamel forming a geometrical repeated pattern, band engraved with floral pattern. Matte silver with applied yellow gold Arabic numerals, outer minute track, sunk guilloché subsidiary seconds dial. Yellow gold "trefoil" hands.
