Very fine and rare, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with square button split-second chronograph, register and tachometer. Notes Split-second chronograph wristwatches were the must of Patel( Philippe technology and were cased in yellow or white gold. Three examples only in stainless steel are known to-clay. This example bearing Breguet numerals in the dial is extremely rare to find to date.
