Carved Buffalo Horn Libation Cup, China, 20th century, possibly rhinoceros horn, an impressive full-tip horn cup, the tip depicting waves, rising above the waves and running throughout the cup are "The Three Friends of Winter": plum, bamboo, and pine trees; surrounding scholars, bats, and lingzhi , the wide upper part depicting scholars, bats, ruyi -head clouds, and a phoenix, the interior of the cup with four bats and a ruyi head, lg. 11 1/8 in. possibly buffalo horn; in good condition
