Joseph Pennell (American, 1860-1926) Rose Window, Beauvais, 1907, edition probably of about 30 (Wuerth, 477). Signed "JosPennell imp." in pencil l.c. Etching on laid paper, plate size 11 x 8 5/8 in. (27.8 x 21.8 cm), matted, unframed. Condition: Margins over 1/2 inch with deckled edges, soiling (primarily to margins and on verso), minor nicks to edges, annotations to lower margin and verso. The sheet measures 15 1/2 x 9 7/8 in. There are several minor nicks along the edges. The margins have soiling and pencil annotations, and the right edge of the sheet is stained.
