Anne Youkeles (Austrian/American, b. 1920) Star Story, c. 1971, edition of 50. Signed "Anne Youkeles" in pencil l.r., titled in pencil l.l., inscribed "APII Ed.50" in pencil l.c. Color screenprinted paper construction with embossing, image size 12 1/2 x 12 1/2 in. (31.6 x 31.6 cm), framed. Condition: Subtle toning, not examined out of frame. Provenance: Estate of an arts benefactor, New York. Small bit of lint or paper adhered to one the "stars" in the l.l. corner. No additional condition issues to report. This lot was not examined out of the frame, due to the delicate nature of the work.
