Pair of Framed Chinese Export Album Leaves with Watercolor Paintings of Birds, 19th century, on pith paper, with renderings of parrots and peacocks, in oval format wooden mats with gilt and black lacquered frames, sight size 7 1/4 x 12 1/2, frames 16 7/8 x 21 1/2 in. Parrots with tear lower center, vertical crease lower center, stains to upper quadrant, and rippling; peacocks with scattered holes and rippling, stain to right side, paper slipped so that top edge is no longer covered by matting, small tear upper center; not examined out of frames.
