Earthenware Art Nouveau-style Brown and Green Glazed Wash Set, Germany, late 19th century, gilt rims, including an oval basin with molded fish ends and the head of a woman to one side, lg. 21 3/4 in.; a water pitcher with clasped hands beneath the spout, woman's head to handle, ht. 13 3/4 in.; a circular soap dish and liner, dia. 7 in.; and a covered oval dish with molded fish handles, lg. 7 in. Basin: 1 1/2" rim chip, gilt rim wear. Pitcher: slight chip under the footrim, gilt rim wear. Soap dish and liner: sizable hairlines to the center of the liner. Covered dish: 2 1/2" Y shaped hairline to the rim.
