Composition Uncle Sam, Germany, c. 1900, possibly Cuno & Otto Dressel, all composition with socket head, molded top hat, painted and molded features, blue eyes, red painted character lines, closed mouth, gray hair, and molded upturned collar, torso with painted bow tie, straight arms with jointed wrists, straight legs, wearing original jacket with tails, vest, and striped pants, black canvas shoes, ht. 18 in., (excellent).
