'Cecile' Music Automata Doll, the two-door ball-footed oak cabinet with music box below opens to reveal Cecile in full pink and red costume, large hat with feather and high top shoes flanked by floor length drapes standing at a piano, with music playing she moves her arms to simulate playing while nodding her head, remains of paper label on the reverse, ht. 18 1/2, wd. 13 1/2, dp. 9 in. Fully functional although slightly slow, fabric faded on curtins, backdrop and costume.
