Louis XIV Style Brass-inlaid and Faux Tortoiseshell Dressing Chest, 20th century, rectangular top above a base of bowfronted drawers and a recessed door, with angular stiles, legs joined by X-form stretchers, all-over designs of foliage, figures, and animals at various pursuits, ht. 32 1/2, wd. 46 1/2, dp. 27 3/4 in. Overall very good to excellent condition; no popping brasses or losses; two feet off but present.
