Evelyn Almond Withrow (American, 1858-1928) Blue Flowers Signed, inscribed, and dated "E. Withrow-. Paris. '92" l.r., identified on a label from Richard York Gallery, New York, affixed to the reverse. Oil on paper/board, sight size 5 1/4 x 15 3/4 in. (13.3 x 40.0 cm), framed. Condition: Mild scattered surface abrasions, mild surface grime. The abrasions and surface grime are minor. The work is framed under glass and has not been removed from its frame.
