Patek ball not signed on back of case it has a long setting pin runs and sets there are three jump rings for chain, evenly spaced around the watch, but the chain currently only connects the rings at 1 oclock and 5 oclock, not the one at 10 oclock some nicks and scratches to crystal dial is in good condition, the areas around the circular minutes indentations is slightly faded, but it does not look redone
