[Paris]: Le Bibliotheque Francaise, [1949]. Folio (13 3/8 x 10 1/2 inches), loose as issued in publisher's printed wraps, glassine, and marbled paper-covered slipcase and chemise. Limited to 320 examples, of which this is S of 20 reserved for collaborators, on Montval wove paper, signed by Picasso on the justification page. Complete with 30 drypoints and 8 vignettes, with tissue guards. Slight cockling along edges of sheets; foxing to wraps and a bit of a musty smell; light rubbing to slipcase and chemise, spine toned; bookseller's sticker to inside of slipcase; pp. 43-46 lightly toned; otherwise internally very good.
