Elbrusskiy Mine, Caucasus, Russia, consisting of a double-sided specimen richly encrusted with deep reddish orange sprays of orpiment crystals on matrix, minimal degradation and wear. NOTE: Orpiment is highly sensitive to light, prolonged exposure can cause degradation to the crystal structure and should be avoided. Orpiment contains arsenic which is toxic and should be handled with care. 9.15 x 7.62 x 4.32 cm.
