Most recently, Reynolds filmed a starring role in Disney 's "Mystery Alaska " with Russell Crowe which will open in February 1999, and premiered in December 1998 in the first movie from a trilogy entitled "Hard Time " , which he directed and in which he starred, together with Oscar nominees Robert Duvall, Charles Durning and Billy Dee Williams. Reynolds also co-starred in the critically acclaimed "Boogie Nights" which won him several nominations in 1998 and the Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actor.
