Bulletin de Deuxieme Classe de l'Observatoire National de Besancon, in 1929. Four body, massive, "bassine " , fully chased with interlocked foliage decoration in the Renaissance style. Hinged silvered cuvette. White enamel with Roman numerals, outer minutes ring and sunk subsidiary seconds. Blued-steel "spade" hands.
