Horseshoe Jaeger, "Horeseshoe", No. 567260, case No. 430298. Made for the American market circa 1950. Fine and unusual, “horseshoe” design 14K yellow gold lady's assymetric wristwatch. To be sold without reserve Two-body, solid, polished, one side flat, the other curved, the watch offset in the case, decorated with diagonal ridged stripes, straight lugs. Brushed silver with gilt baton and Arabic quarter-hour markers, applied gold dot indexes. Yellow gold baton hands. Cal. 490, tonneau-shaped, rhodiumplated, fausses cotes decoration, 17 jewels, lateral lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating flat balancespring, index regulator. Case and movement signed. Dim. 22 x 24 mm. Thickness 7 mm. Property of a European Gentleman
