Decovigny à Paris, circa 1710. Fine silver quarter repeating Louis XIV oignon. Double body oignon, fully chased with scroll and inhabited foliage, pierced on the edge of the back. White enamel embossed, with Roman numerals and outer Arabic minute ring (slightly restored). Blued steel poker and beetle hands. GiIt brass full plate, the Egyptian pillars with silver caps, fusee and chain, verge escapement, plain steel three armed balance, silver Louis XIV cock pierced and engraved with inhabited foliage, flat balance spring. Repeating on a bell by depressing the pendant. Signed on the back plate. In good condition. Diam. 57 mm.
