Thomas Earnshaw, Invenit et Fecit, London No. 585- 3028, bearing the London Hallmarks for 1806-1807. Very fine 18 ct. gold pair cased pocket chronometer. Double body, outer and inner, polished, a coat of arms, engraved on the back of the outer case. white enamel with Roman numerals and subsidiary seconds ( very slightly restored on the border, beneath the bezel). Gold heart hands. Notes Early very fine example of the last development of the Earnshaw pocket chronometer.
