After Louis Ernest Hottot (French, 1834-1905), pair of figural patinated spelter or white metal candlestick holders with nude children (one boy and one girl) with draped cloth around hips. Figures standing on a circular socle base, one incised "L. Hottot", each gracefully grasping a tapered shaft supporting candle cup with leaf and vine border. Approximate height 11.5", diameter of base 5".
