Very rare and fine 18-carat gold hunting cased "grande complication" keyless watch, with grande sonnerie carillon striking, minute repeating, perpetual calendar and fly-back chronograph with concentric instantaneous 60 minutes recorder Four body, massive, "demi-bassine", engine-turned covers. Gold cuvette and glazed inner covers. White enamel, Roman numerals with minute and 1/5 th. second ring. Subsidiary rings for bissextile months, week-day, date, subsicliary seconds with moon-phases and age. Blued-steel spade hands. Gold and blued-steel centre-seconds and calendar hands. 20", frosted and gilt twin-barrels, 33 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet spring. Steel perpetual calendar sub-plate. Highly polished visible chronograph work on the back, plate, with central instantaneous register wheel. Striking and repeating on three gongs, repeat and chronograph buttons in the band. Signed uncler dial. In perfect condition. Diam. 59mm. Notes Chronograph work with a concentric instantaneous minute recording hand in a watch with grande-sonnerie striking is an exceptionally rare combination. Louis Elisée Piguet procluced several of the most complicatecl watches sold by Patek Philippe, Breguet and Vacheron Constantin.
