Hri. Grandjean & Cie., Locle, Swiss, and London, No. 9118, made for the Spanish market, circa 1880. Very fine 18 ct. pink gold, hunting cased, keyless, minute repeating watch. Four body, massive, "bassine et filets", engineturned and engraved with a floral and foliage decoration. Gold cuvette engrave with a floral decoration. Glazed 19-, nickel plated, " fausses côtes" decoration, 29 jewels, counterpoised straight fine lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring. Repeating on gongs with slide in the band. Signed on the cuvette. In very good condition. Diam. 52 mm.
