Three piece, massive, "variée" polished, with reeded band and glazed back, the winding crown set with a cabochon sapphire. Skeletonised, the hours marks set with diamonds and with small subsidiary gold chapter rings for the days of the week, the months of the leap-year cycle and the dates, subsidiary seconds with inner moon phase aperture on a disc of lapis lazuli. Diamond set gold Breguet hands.
