Adamson & Millenet à Paris, No. 4630, bearing the Paris Hallmarks for 1780. Fine 18 ct. gold and enamel pearl-set dumb quarter repeating watch. Double body, Louis XVI, with concealed hinges, split-pearl set bezels, the back of blue translucent enamel over engine-turning. White enamel with Breguet numerals. Gold "pear" hands. Hinged gilt brass full plate with cylindrical pillars, fusee with chain, cylinder escapement, plain brass three armed balance, flat balance spring, gilt brass continental cock with polished steel end-piece. Repeating on the case by depressing the pendant. Signed on the dial and the back plate. In very good condition. Diam. 37 mm. Notes Interessante orologio da tasca,ripetizione a quarti "a toc",in oro 18K, smalto e perle.
