Monnot à Paris No. 145, circa 1780. Fine 18 ct. gold and enamel paste-set watch. Double body Louis XVI, the bezels with chased rope decoration, The back with a painted enamel portrait of a lady in a paste-set frame and outer chased floral decoration. White enamel with Roman numerals and outer Arabic minute ring (chipped near the winding hole). GiIt Louis XVI hands. Hinged gilt brass full plate with cylindrical pillars, fusee with chain, verge escapement, plain brass three armed balance, flat balance spring, gilt brass continental cock with polished steel end-piece. Signed on the back plate. In good condition. Diam. 35 mm. Notes Interessante orologio da tasca in oro 18K, smalto e pietre.
