Very fine and rare large, 18 ct. gold gentleman's wristwatch with square button chronograph and register. massive, polished, hinged back, gold dome, mobile wire lugs. two-tone silver with painted Arabic numerals + auxiliary seconds and 30 minutes register dials. "Feuille" blued steel hands.
