"Ship-Shape" Mochaware Jug, Britain, c. 1820, pearlware, banded in black, ochre, and blue, with black "seaweed" covering the upper blue and ocher bands, and groups of white slip stamped dots on the broad black field, ht. 6 3/4 in. Exterior restoation to cracks, still visible on interior near base; glaze wear on pouring rim and rim.
