Emmanuel Radensky, called Man Ray, illustrator (American, 1890-1976) La Logique Assassine , written by Henry Miller, published in 1975 by Luciano Anselmino, Paris, edition of 100 plus proofs, unbound frontispiece plus a multiple titled Enigme III comprised of a flannel blanket tied with twine and presented in a Plexiglas box. Monogrammed "MR" in pencil and numbered "44/100" in pencil l.l. on the frontispiece, identified on the colophon page, text signed "Henry Miller" in ink. 20 5/8 x 14 3/4 in. (52.3 x 37.5 cm), presented in a cloth-covered portfolio box with inset printed panels. Condition: Wear to box. Provenance: Purchased from Sergio Tosi Stampatore, Viareggio, Italy, 1982; the estate of Mary Lee Ingbar, Cambridge, Massachusetts.
