Five Piece International Sterling Tea and Coffee Service, first half 20th century, Classical Revival-style, with egg-shaped coffeepot, teapot, covered sugar, and creamer, the domed lids with inverted pinecone finial, bodies decorated with acanthus cartouches enclosing flowers, with acanthus pendants, and husk rims, with a matching large oval tray with cut-out handles, lg. to handles 24 1/4, coffeepot ht. 10 1/2 in., approx. 134 troy oz. teapot: thumb-sized dent and a smaller ding to one side of body, pinpoints coffeepot: handle a little loose; one small ding to body. sugar: finial pushed into lid a bit; ding to one side of body. creamer: pinpoint to body. tray: light surface scratching and a few spots of pitting. overall minor usage wear. not monogrammed.
