Two Austrian Porcelain Hand-painted Cabinet Plates, 19th century, one depicting a shivering maiden holding a mandolin, titled to reverse Winter , with cobalt blue rim and raised gilt scroll decoration, dia. 9 1/4, the other painted with a scene of a blond woman seated at a piano being visited by an angel, with pale green rim with raised enamel decoration and white accenting, titled to reverse Musik , dia. 9 3/8 in. Musik: missing the raised scrolled beads to inner rim, losses to a few of the smaller raised gilt beads. Winter: very minor stacking wear to inner gilt rim.
