French Rococo Gilt-bronze and Enamel Snuff Box, c. 1760, of serpentine bombé form, the top and sides with polychrome chinoiserie scenes, and the interior with a portrait of an amorous couple, the mounts molded with stippling and C-scrolls, lg. 3 in. Some gilt loss to cover, pitting to metal mounts with some verdigris; enamel stress cracks to front and left side; minor wear to bottom; age typical minor defects.
