George III Silver Coffee Pot, London, 1796, Robert and David Hennell, makers, urn-form, with urn lid finial, engraved with running vine band at waist, and with laurel wreath to body, one enclosing a small crest, fruitwood loop handle, on oval foot with reeded rim, ht. 11 1/2 in., approx. 20 troy oz. overall age typical wear, lid finial pushed slightly down and over to one side. lid does not sit flush into neck. small seam at reeded band at neck opening slightly. wreath with crest: crest engraved over a removed monogram. finish loss to handle, marks good.
