Robert Cook (American, b. 1921) Anteus Signed "R. Cook" in the cast on base, titled on a label affixed to the plinth. Bronze, approximately 20 3/4 x 17 x 3 1/2 in. (52.7 x 43.2 x 8.9 cm), mounted to a wooden plinth. Condition: Minor surface grime. Provenance: Purchased from Wellfleet Gallery, Wellfleet, Massachusetts. Minor surface grime with some extremely minor areas of possible corrosion/oxidation to the intercities. Also, split and loss to the corner of the wooden plinth.
