Louis XVI Style Bronze, Marble, and Lapis Lazuli Figural Candlestick Lamp Base, late 19th century, thistle-shaped sconce over basket of flowers, with three scrolled leaves, over a twisted stem mounted on a figure of a recumbent stag, on rectangular white marble plinth mounted with lapis plaques to three sides, later electrified, ht. to top of nozzle 15 in. Overall very good condition; stem leans to the left and needs straightening; slight edge frits and chips to marble base; no apparent losses; ormolu mounts with slight discoloration and fairly heavy rubbing to base.
