Francois Gall (French, 1912-1987) Woman in a Cafe Signed and inscribed "F. Gall/Paris" l.r. Oil on canvas, 25 5/8 x 32 in. (65.0 x 81.0 cm), framed. Condition: Minor retouch. Relined. Scattered dots of retouch in lower center, on central figure's wrist (1/2 in.), in middle of right edge, and upper edge on left. The painting is inscribed "Carel Gallery/Miami Beach Florida" in pen on stretcher. There is a mailing label from Carel Gallery on the back of the frame. The painting is inscribed "Hollender" in pen on the tacking edge, left side.
