Assembled Barr, Flight & Barr Worcester Porcelain Armorial Decorated Service, England, c. 1810 and 1862, polychrome enamel decorated with flowers surrounding a central crest with horse below a shield with hand and ribboned motto Justum et Tenacem , including a covered soup tureen on stand, handle to handle lg. 12 1/2; two covered sauce tureens and stands, handle to handle lg. 7 1/2; square serving bowl, lg. 9 3/8; four oval serving platters, lg. 12 1/4, 13 7/8, 16 1/2, 17 5/8; two oval serving bowls, lg. 12 1/2; sixteen plates, dia. 7 1/4; eighteen soup plates, dia. 9 1/2; and twenty-four plates, dia. 9 3/8 in.; printed and impressed marks. Scattered gilt wear and usage wear throughout. -soup tureen: 1/4" and 3/8" footrim chips. -7 1/4" plates: one w/shallow 1/4" rim chip. -soup plates: one w/1/8" glaze blemish. -9 3/8" plates: one w/1/2" rim chip. Marked as follows... Impressed BFB w/straight line stamp: square bowl, soup tureen, 10 soup plates, 8 - 7 1/4" plates, 24 - 9 1/2" plates, 2 undertrays for sauce tureens (neither tureen are marked). Impressed BFB w/circular stamp: 2 oval deep dishes (these have no crest) Worcester circular stamp w/crown: 3 soup plates, 8 - 7 1/4" plates Impressed BFB w/crown: 4 oval platters, 1 soup plate Impressed "Worcester" w/crown and circle: 4 soup plates
