Italian Fruitwood Marquetry-inlaid Walnut Credenza, rectangular top above a chip-carved frieze and drawer flanked by foliate corbels, with paneled door above an oval paneled frieze, on shaped feet, ht. 36, wd. 24 1/2, dp. 24 in. Made up of old wood but artfully done. Top with typical dents, minor scratches, dark staining and shrinkage (with Made in Italy circular stamp in back left corner of top); some artificial distressing throughout with shrinkage, small veneer changes, etc. Very nice and decorative looking.
