Arijis Skride (Latvian, 1906-1987) View of Fishmongers by the Shore Signed "A Skride" l. r. Oil on canvas mounted to Masonite, 28 1/4 x 41 in. (71.3 x 104.2 cm), framed. Condition: Craquelure, minor losses, surface grime. We wish to thank the Global Society for Latvian Art for their assistance in cataloguing the lot. Vertical aging cracks, narrow retouch center right 3 inches long, paint losses top center at the edge of the frame liner, surface grime.
