Earl "Bill" Horter (American, 1881-1940) Cubist Village with Church Tower Signed "... Horter" l.r., inscribed on the reverse "Earl Horter" in pencil. Watercolor on paper, 18 7/8 x 15 1/4 in., unframed. Condition: Foxing, rippling, surface grime, nicks and small tears along upper edge, affixed to illustration board. attached (glued) to board on Four edges (not in center), some modest foxing, toning, paper is in good condition, a few small tears to top edge of paper away from the image.
