Blunt, New York , fleur-de-lis at north and cardinal point in block letters, outer needle ring engraved 0-90 in four quadrants, engraved central ribband, blued steel hand and brass lifter, shaped limbs, vial, tripod mount and brass dial cover, lg. 16 in. Lacking both screw on sights, brass in old surface.
