Mahogany Mirror Clock, New Hampshire, circa 1835, with white pine sides, scroll top and three brass finials, reverse-painted tablet over the painted iron dial with Roman numerals, looking glass in lower section, eight-day time, strike, and alarm movement powered by three lead weights and regulated by a pendulum, ht. 41 3/4 in. Movement has a variant of a countwheel strike with the count taken from sequenced holes on the strike great wheel. Scroll top and lower scroll pediment are later additions, both glasses are old replacements.
