Greek Carved, Gilded, and Painted Triptych, 18th/19th century, rectangular, with two doors opening to a central panel depicting the Mother of God recessed within a gilded archway, upper door sections with Greek saints over Saint George on the left and Saint Demetrius on the right, all on gilt ground, ht. 12 1/4, lg. with doors open 17 1/2 in. loss to gilt, smoke and heat damage to images, worming, loss of wood in upper section of right door, exterior of both doors with center band of sticky residue
